Halcyon Proteins manufactures and imports a range of premium Soy Sauces which are gluten free. We have 2 types of Gluten free soy sauces a naturally fermented Tamari soy sauce and Vegetable Protein based soya sauce.

Tamari Soy Sauce is made from premium fermented soy beans and rice, resulting in a rich and aromatic flavour profile that brings complexity and enhancement to a range of foods. Our Flavex Classic and Original Soy Sauces are manufactured in Australia using carefully selected Soy beans.

Our Gluten Free Soy Sauces contain no preservatives or additives and is Wheat and Gluten Free.
